Are you a powerhouse, creative machine? This is your moment.
This full-time, remote, 3-month contract blends graphic design, social media management, content creation, and website administration - all rolled into one. If you thrive on juggling creativity with strategy, then read on….
What you bring to the table:
- A flair for engaging messaging and captivating visuals
- A natural eye for layout, color, and detail
- The ability to craft magnetic CTAs, hashtags, and captions
- Skills to foster authentic relationships with my online community, influencers, and industry leaders
- Rock-solid time management (You need to meet deadlines with inspired work > not “just to fill the gap” submissions)
- A gift for capturing my brand and voice in every piece of content
- Bold, innovative ideas for brand and audience growth
- An understanding of different social channel audiences—and how to speak to them
- Analytical chops to create performance reports that matter
- Organization like a pro (clean databases and easy-to-find files make me swoon)
What I don’t care about:
- Your past client list. I want to see what you can do NOW.
- When you work. Just overlap at least 4 hours with 10 AM - 3 PM (SAST).
What you’ll deliver in 3 months
(Yes, I expect it. If you can’t - don’t apply. Seriously.):
- 12 digitally editable journal templates (approx. 40 pages each, across 4 categories). These templates will then be customized into 60 unique journals. (Don’t freak - the journals will contain mostly the same content, just 12 different layouts to keep it fresh.)
- 3 fun, engaging online quizzes that lead customers toward their perfect journal match.
- 8 high-conversion landing pages.
- 100 tailored social media posts per channel (static + video, with some video editing). Platforms:
Facebook | Instagram | TikTok | YouTube | LinkedIn
- Post scheduling across platforms.
- A steady stream of fresh ideas for brand expansion.
Tools we use (bonus points if you’re already fluent):
- Canva - design
- HeyGen - avatars + content
- Kajabi - website
- Trello - project management
- TryInteract - quizzes
- Etsy - journal sales
- Google Drive - file organization

How to apply (rock star mode ON):
- Do your homework: browse my website and socials to understand my brand, voice, and vibe.
- Send me a 2-minute video introducing yourself and why you’re the ONE.
- Create 2 social media image samples - one for each:
- LinkedIn
(must reflect my brand + tailored audience messaging). - Design a 1 - 2 page digitably editable flyer for my brand, one of my masterclasses, or a product of your choice. You choose what inspires you!
That’s it! If you don’t hear back within 2 weeks, big apologies - it means I went another route.
Compensation & Incentive:
- R50k total for the 3-month contract (R16,666/month, paid monthly).
- Prove your results, and this could turn into a longer-term role with expanded pay and responsibility.
